Bio
Davonne Berry is a Texas native born and raised in Lubbock, TX. She earned her BA in Dance and Secondary Education from Texas Tech University before relocating to New York City where she worked in the hospitality industry in Group and Event Sales. After completing physical therapy herself following an ACL injury, she was inspired to switch careers and help others get back to doing what they love to do. Her family relocated back to Austin in 2021 where she attended South University and graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree. In 2024, she was certified by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She has been working at Austin Sports Medicine since April 2024. She is currently working toward a manual therapy certification from the Institute of Athletic Rehabilitation. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new places with her husband, trying new recipes, starting new craft projects (that may or may not get finished), and snuggling with her 2 dogs Ellie and Evie.

All staff I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional. No wait time, doctor explained in detail what was going on with my back. Gave me more than one option and how to tackle the issue...had every confidence in his recommendations. I am extremely happy with the care I have received from Dr. Pedro Cosculluela.He is attentive and spends time answering questions, regardless of how long it takes. He is a gifted surgeon and I highly recommend him. His assistant Alvin has responded promptly to my inquiries and he does so with a caring and delightful manner.

Dr. Pham and his MA, Leah, are absolutely fantastic! They always take time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain everything clearly, making sure I understand my diagnosis and treatment options. Leah, is friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure patients are taken care of. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care.
