To avoid a missed appointment fee, please telephone the office during business hours at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list. Likewise call in advance to reschedule and we will work with you to find the most convenient time for you.
We recognize that your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. However, your medical needs may require extra time, as may others. Our priority is the highest quality medical care for our patients and occasionally emergencies or patients whose care requires extra time can cause scheduling delays beyond our control.
We will collect co-payments, as required by insurance plans, at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Advance payments are requested for some services.
